The scan
How it works
The AI Maturity Index Scan is a structured assessment conducted by Dreefe over two to four weeks. We review data infrastructure, tooling, talent, processes and governance to produce a calibrated maturity score across all five dimensions.
The output is a detailed report with your current state, benchmark comparisons and a prioritised roadmap — including quick wins and 12-month targets.
